If customers wish to cancel their order without providing a reason, they must contact us within 72 hours of placing the order.

Please note that our shipping dates are provided as a guideline for the maximum dispatch timeframe — orders may be shipped earlier than expected.

If your order has already been dispatched before we receive your cancellation request, the order will be non-refundable.
