Delivery Options

Standard Delivery 7-10 working days - £7.99

Standard+ Delivery 5-7 working days - £11.99

Express Delivery 3-5 working days - £19.99

Collection - Unit 20, Pinfold Industrial Estate, Bloxwich, Walsall. WS3 3JS.

Collection times: Mondays - Thursdays 9am-4pm

(We are located in between the pharmacy and pub, opposite the GP surgery)

Please note that our shipping dates are provided as a guideline for the maximum dispatch timeframe — orders may be shipped earlier than expected.

Unsigned Deliveries

If you are unable to receive your delivery, you can enter delivery instructions in the 'Comments/Special Delivery Instructions' box on the 'Delivery Information' page of the site. This will allow us to instruct our delivery partners to leave your parcel where you have instructed at your own risk.

Any subsequent loss or damage to the parcel or goods are not the responsibility of Impact Particles and as such cannot be replaced or refunded. Please dispute this with the delivery company along with evidence to support your claim.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a delivery is attempted and is unsuccessful, due to the intended recipient not being at the stated shipping address, the courier will leave a card at the delivery address. This card will display a phone number and consignment number. To arrange another delivery time and date, the purchaser must contact the local depot using the number supplied and quote the consignment number shown on the card.

If delivery is attempted three times and returned to us, perishable items are non-refundable and disposed of, while non-perishable items may be collected or re-shipped at the customer’s expense.

Your order will not be shipped until we receive payment.
